Krystle Dellorso, LPN, joined New York Plastic Surgical Group in 2014. She started her career in the medical field in 2001, where she worked as a clinical research coordinator. Since then, she’s worked in several medical assistant positions at dermatology offices. After becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse, Krystle began working with breast reconstruction patients alongside board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Jerry Chang at New York Plastic Surgical Group (NYPS Group).

As an art major throughout high school, Krystle originally planned to study art in college. However, after accepting a job at a gastrointestinal research office, she found herself drawn to the field of medicine. In 2007, she graduated from the Vocational Education and Extension Board Practical Nursing Program, obtaining her practical nurse license.

Since that time, Krystle has combined her interests in art and medicine by training to offer breast cancer survivors areola tattooing services. In addition to becoming a licensed tattoo artist, she underwent a specialized 3D areola tattooing course and spent several months shadowing fellow NYPS Group nurse and talented medical tattoo artist, Kristen Ebner.

Today, she is proud to support survivors on the final leg of their breast reconstruction journey.
