Patient 835
Dr. Reish
A woman in her 40s, four years post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had a dorsal hump, bulbous tip, deviated septum, and a drooping tip. Tip elevation, dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, septal reset, and tip debulking were performed. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which does not droop when smiling and improves breathing.
