Rhinoplasty

A woman in her 20s, nine months post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had a slight dorsal hump, bulbous tip, wide mid-nasal vault with lack of definition, and a drooping tip. Tip elevation, dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, and mid-nasal vault refinement were performed. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which does not droop when smiling and improves breathing.
