Patient 532
Dr. Reish
A woman in her 40s, 2 months post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had an elongated overly-projecting nasal tip, bulbous tip, severe septal deviation with difficulty breathing, and a dorsal hump. Nasal tip de-projection, tip refinement, septal reset, and dorsal hump reduction were performed. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which is smaller in all dimensions and fits her face and improves her breathing.
