Patient 515
Dr. Reish
A woman in her 50s, 3 months post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had an elongated overly-projecting nasal tip, a dorsal hump, a drooping tip, alar retraction, deviated septum, and inability to breathe. Nasal tip de-projection, tip elevation, dorsal hump reduction, nasal tip refinement, septal reset, and alar contour grafts to help correct alar retraction were performed. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which is smaller in all dimensions and fits her face with improved ability to breathe.
