Patient 370
Dr. Reish
An African-American man in his 40s, four years post-op rhinoplasty. The patient had a dorsal hump, bulbous tip with thick skin, wide alar base, and a low set radix preoperatively. He underwent tip refinement, alar base reduction, dorsal hump reduction, and radix augmentation with diced cartilage wrapped in fascia. The overall goal is a conservative change to the nose for a natural looking result which still retains a masculine appearance of the nose.
