Patient 328

Dr. Reish
A woman in her 50s, 2 months post-op rhinoplasty. The patient had a drooping nasal tip, dorsal hump, an over projected elongated nasal tip, a severely deviated septum, nostril asymmetry, and inability to breathe through her nose preoperatively. She underwent dorsal hump reduction, nasal tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, correction of nostril asymmetry, correction of septal deviation, and tip elevation. She specifically wanted a very natural look which complements the rest of her face, looks appropriate for her age, and does not droop when smiling.
