Patient 144
Dr. Reish
A man in his 20s, 3 weeks post-op rhinoplasty. Large dorsal hump reduction, cephalic rotation of the nose, and elongated nasal tip de-projection. The patient had a drooping nasal tip preoperatively, and this was elevated during surgery. It is important not to elevate the tip too much, but just enough for a natural appearance of the nose. Overall goal is a conservative change to the nose for a natural looking result which retains a masculine appearance of the nose.
