Revision Rhinoplasty

Patient 138

Dr. Reish

A woman in her 30s, six months post-op rhinoplasty and revision septoplasty. She previously had a septoplasty which did not correct her breathing issues. This patient had a dorsal hump, an over-projecting nasal tip, bulbous tip, deviated septum, and a drooping tip. Tip elevation, dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, revision septoplasty, and tip deprojection were performed. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which does not droop when smiling and improves breathing.
