Case-52398
Dr. Reish
A woman in her 20s, one year post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had a dorsal hump, an over-projecting nasal tip, bulbous tip, nostril asymmetry, deviated septum, and a drooping tip. Tip elevation, dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, septal reset, improvement in nostril symmetry, and tip deprojection were performed. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which does not droop when smiling.
