51 year old female who previously underwent breast augmentation by another surgeon, presented wishing to have smaller breasts. Patient underwent breast augmentation revision surgery with implant removal, and breast lift to achieve a more nature smaller breasts. Patient also underwent liposuction of abdomen and flank areas.
