A woman in her 30s who desired improved abdominal and breast contour after multiple pregnancies. The patient underwent abdominoplasty at the time of umbilical hernia repair. Repair of the hernia required removal of the bellybutton. After several months she underwent full abdominal and flank liposuction along with umbilical reconstruction. At the same time, she underwent auto augmentation mastopexy of both breasts. This procedure involves transfer of the tissue along the lower portion of the breast to the upper breast creating more upper pole fullness. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 2 months after her most recent surgery.
