Dr. Kilgo
A patient in her 30s who desired fuller, more uplifted breasts without the use of a breast implant. She underwent bilateral breast lift with auto augmentation and fat grafting. The procedure involves the transfer of breast tissue from the lower to the upper portion of the breast along with injection of fat to provide more upper pole fullness. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 4 months after her procedure.
