Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 40s who desired aesthetic improvement of her abdomen and breasts after pregnancy. She desired fuller, more uplifted breasts but preferred to avoid breast implants. She underwent bilateral mastopexy with auto augmentation and fat grafting along with Lipo-abdominoplasty. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 6 weeks after her procedure.
