Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 20s desired fuller more uplifted breasts. She underwent bilateral augmentation mastopexy with placement of smooth round 325 silicone implants below the muscle. Her breast volume difference was corrected by removing different amounts of glandular tissue from each side to achieve equal postoperative volumes. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 1 month after her procedure.
