Dr. Kilgo
48-year-old female who desired fuller, more uplifted breasts and improvement in her abdominal contour. She had had a prior abdominoplasty in 2008 with a high riding scar.
She underwent a circumvertical mastopexy with augmentation using 305cc on the right and 285cc on the left. She also underwent a full abdominoplasty with liposuction of her flanks.
Photographs were taken 6 months post-operatively.
